Saturday, March 14: Dinner at the Grand Hôtel Nord-Pinus

Enjoy a six-course food & wine pairing menu by Antonio Altamura and Armand Arnal, matched with vintage and rare bottles. For one evening, we invite you to meet some of the leading winemakers of the Mediterranean, guided by Alexandre Pons, passionate sommelier and founder of Vins Hors-Normes. Share your table with a winemaker and let yourself be led through their stories, terroir, and wines.

Presenting: Domaine Danjou-Banessy, Domaine Léon Barral, Mare Nostrum, and Domaine Comte Abbatucci.

Sunday, March 15: Lunch at La Chassagnette

The next day, from 11:00 a.m., discover the new vintages from Vins Hors-Normes, then stroll through the garden, where every path tells the story of the season and inspires the chef. Around the fire, a rustic menu crafted by Armand Arnal and Antonio Altamura awaits. Each dish is paired with carefully selected wines for a shared, convivial lunch.
